National 4-H Curriculum Pre-Press

The National 4-H Curriculum pre-press period for 2009 will be April 1st – 25th. All National 4-H Curriculum orders placed during the pre-press period will receive a 35% discount.
Note: Pre-press discounts will not be included in the Fair Share program.
PLACING AN ORDER
How to Place an Order Online
- Go to 4-hmall.org, select red tab called Curriculum Pre-Press to get started. Place an order by using the Shopping Cart or the Quick Order Form.
- If you know the item numbers of what you are ordering, go to Quick Order Form (blue button on left column) or enter each item number into the Shopping Cart.
- To use the Quick Order Form, Click on the button, enter each 5 digit item number in the box, enter the quantity and then click Add to Cart. Your selections will appear below the entry boxes. When finished, click on the Checkout* button on the right. If you need to remove an item or change the quantity, click on the View Cart button on the right and select remove item or change quantity.
- Or print the National 4-H Curriculum Product Worksheet, showing all National 4-H Curriculum products in alphabetical order. (These forms may be downloaded and used as a printable worksheet.) After Order Form is filled out, input information into the Quick Order Form.
You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail when you submit it.
*Note – Please login using your existing 4-hmall customer service number. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions to create a new account.
National 4-H Curriculum prices online have been changed to reflect the 35% discount during this period. After April 25th the prices will be changed back to the original prices.
How to Place an Order by Phone
Print the National 4-H Curriculum Product Worksheet, showing all National 4-H Curriculum products in alphabetical order (These forms may be downloaded and used as a printable worksheet.). Call National 4-H Supply Service at: 301-961- 2934 (8:30 – 5:00 pm EST).
How to Place an Order by Fax
Fill out order form in product catalog or the National 4-H Curriculum Order Form. Be sure to include your name, phone number, mailing address and customer number, if applicable, on all faxes. Fax to National 4-H Supply Service at: 301-961-2937.
Note: Be sure to calculate the 35% discount on all faxed orders prior to sending and refer to the shipping chart in the catalog for shipping charges.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex
Account number and expiration date (month/year) must be included.
Purchase Order
Purchase orders are only accepted from state or county offices.
Customers will be billed when the products are shipped.
Check or Money Order (only for mailed orders)
Make payable to the National 4-H Supply Service.
Only U.S. dollars will be accepted.
All orders placed by customers who choose to pay by check or money order instead of by credit card or purchase order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of the check or money order.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped on an ongoing basis throughout the year except for those products out of stock and to be reprinted during the next May-June printing period. Orders are shipped within four working days except for pre-press orders that must be re-printed. Pre-press orders will be shipped no later than August.
Note: Each shipping address is considered a separate order even though the order may be billed to one Purchase Order.
