Once again it's time for National 4-H Supply Service to build the mailing list for the 2008 4-H Source Book, and we need your help! We invite you to provide us with the addresses of everyone you want to receive the "2008 4-H Source Book" so that it will find its way to 4-H homes as soon as possible after the book is printed in August. Our intended in-home date for the "2008 4-H Source Book" is August 21, 2007. Requests for the "2008 4-H Source Books" will be shipped in as timely a manner as possible.
Please be assured that we have not, do not and will not provide these addresses to any third parties or use them ourselves for any other purpose other than the mailing of our 4-H Source Books!
You can have copies of the "2008 Source Book" sent directly to households on your mailing list and/or sent in bulk to your offices. Some 4-H offices prefer to send us the addresses without a name - just substitute "The 4-H Family at" in place of the actual name. Each household that you designate will receive a free copy of the 2008 Source Book.
SUBMIT YOUR MAIL LIST IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT:
Files may be e-mailed to sourcebooklist@fourhcouncil.edu as an attachment.
Disk Type - double density or high density 3 inch diskette or CD-Rom. IBM compatible formats only.
File Format - list in text format. Most word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs allow export of files in a delimited (text) format. This format will allow for the most efficient and accurate processing of your lists. You may also submit Microsoft Excel or Word files if you would prefer.
If you use the Martech software, please use the text report and NOT the quick report to transfer the file to a 3" floppy disk. We are unable to read a file with a .qrp suffix. Be sure to include a printed copy of your list.
