Each of the 30 sides of this soft 6" vinyl ball feature a different question, each designed to elicit the member's personal perspective. The group leader tosses it to a member who catches it.  Whatever subject is under the catcher's right thumb is what they discuss.  Then the ball is tossed to another participant and so on.
